Masa untuk study

went to library this morning to stadi dis subject. tamadun islam. duhh.it require a lot of reading and i hate reading. and yet, i still think yg ayat melayu dia mmg tinggi bahasa. even sometimes i cannot undrstand wut the book is trying to say. enuff said, i still lost my focus. Target : B+ . we'll see when the results is out. haha.randomly guess.

Kenduri doa selamat

Farah invited us to go to her kenduri doa selamat sempena her parents went to Mecca to perform their haji. so i was kinda delight because i got to see my close frens again. duh i miss the time with u guys. pick up them at ktm padang jawa and straight to Farah's house.
Well not much to tell, but eventually im hepi. promise me next semester we will hangout often. bile mau pegi pd ni? u guys give me headache. haha. plan tak jalan2 lagi.

Banana Flambé

Flambe. what is flambe? Flambé, a French term meaning “flamed,” is a very special culinary procedure in which alcohol is added during the cooking process in order to create fire within a pot or pan. The flames are a result of the combustion of alcohol. banana flambe is a dish that is often made using flambé techniques WITHOUT alcohol.

Place the brown sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar caramelizes. Add butter.

After it melts, add orange juices inside the saucepan.

Let simmer on low heat until sauce is thick.

Place bananas in pan and cook slightly.

Serve on a dessert plate with pancakes.

Tadaaaa..this flambe require a lot of training. even myself couldn't do this flambe in one shot. thnx to En wan for giving me the opportunity to see myself what banana flambe is all about. u too can try at home. trust me. truly delicious.

Sesi buang masa

Today was so damn busy. Ada open house kat umah Sue.So C@ndy and I decided to go Klang to attend the open house. Tak da banyak benda nak cite sebab ape? Sebab sy blh pakai jeans ke open house. Apakah??? I have my own reason okay? Actually nak g open house ni pon unexpected, tp sebab member Poly yg dah lama tak jumpe. Jeans pon jeans la.

After that, C@ndy and I went to Cineleisure to watch MAX PAYNE. Well I actually didn't quite get it what's the purpose of this movie. As far as i concern, Max Payne is adaption from PS2 games. But when it comes to movie, yeah its a dark movie. Ada aksi yang cam ala2 matrix tapi lepas Max Payne ni abis, speechless. 2/5 stars.

ETR, gudbye

We had our final presentation for today. for subject Entrepreneurship (ETR) . susah wey. but thanks we managed to overcome the questions from the lecturer.all the hard works, the logos, the hundred pages of reports, staying up so late together juz to finish the business plan cannot be done without u guys. thnx from the bottom of my heart.nice dealing with u 'ols. peace! haha.sume org berkot berkemeja. tak hingat. thanx group members~ hope sem dpn takde subjek yg mengarut2 lagi. letih tau~ (-:

Semi open house

On Saturday, half of my classmates went to En Wan's house because he organize the open house only for my class. Nothing much to tell actually, but activity with classmates can really be meaningful if we know how to deal with it. Come on guys, u rock my socks!

See that table? oh gosh. Can't believe it that happen. Well ini dijangkakan akan berlaku. U know what happen when hotel student 'deal' with foods.

Presentation Skills

Got presentation going on today. Very HUGE! Final presentation I must say. And my last topic of the day was The Truth About Caffeine. Well, the chances for me getting an A is narrow. Why? I screwed up again, because of the nerve breaking down. Its ok. A- will be ok for me at least! (:

Kitchen Craze

Today I've been assigned to do the ROASTED TRIO MUSHROOM. Seems easy to me. *Drools* .

Ingredients and method:

1) Cut the mushroom into half (Refer to picture 2)
2) Chopped the celery and onion and spread it into the mushroom and mix it well.
3) Put the olive oil, paprika and a lil bit of seasoning and stir the mushroom.
4) Bake it for about 5 min.

So next week will be my final evaluation at the kitchen. Regardless of what we learn from week 1 until week 15, the chef will measure our performance. For the final evaluation, I've been assigned to do WAFFLE POTATOES. Wish me luck~

I've messed up every single things. Don't know what's got into me. Guess I'm freaking nervous. The examiner that checking on us is from outsider plus the second examiner will be En. Wan, our lecturer.Guess I'm thinking too much.

The mistakes that I've identified:
1) I 'accidentally' forgot how to laying the tablecloth
2) Too much mistakes on buffet clothing.
3) Do not check back on the table setting which is I admit my mistakes.
4) Stupid answers during the interview *I admit I didn't do the revision regarding theory*
5) The comments card from the guest is awful. I cannot take this anymore.

ETC. Don't even wanna say no more. Too much pain in the ass. I can feel that I will never get A's for this subject, but at least I'm trying. Its just that I'm too nervous. I even can stand if someone looking at me during evaluation.I'm too scared and lose my confident~

Yeah dah tukar Sticker kenderaan yang baru eventhough i hate this online things. But the good things is we don't have to bring all the related documents. Just bring the approved letter from Uitm portal, and Zap, done~

Sepetang Bersama Dekan

I'm too lazy too update, but i have too. i got some event to attend which is involved me and Farid. This event started at 2.00pm and ended at 5pm. This event is purposely to celebrate fot students who excel in their study. I'm not think I'm achieve that kind of level. But I'm push my ass hard to maintain this pointer for future. Hopefully my pointer will get better and better until graduate.

First thing we do, registered at the registration table and we have been given the table number and unfortunately our table is far behind, hardly to see the stage but really NEAR to the buffet table. What would you do if u really NEAR the buffet table? YES. of course grab the food as many as you can!

So here's the event tentative program.

Farid and I was the only two person that manage to achieve 3.5 and above. So its kinda weird to see only two of us at the round table. Imagine if the table is full with our classmates, things will really turn out differently.

So, overall the event was enjoyable but when it comes to buffet, people start invading the table. and gosh. I only eat dessert and half chicken with rice. Poor me )= .

Disorder (=

I got my France paper today.Kinda sad though.I expect i will get a good marks since France is my favourite subject but well, life is not always on your side. Part 2 susah gile.But today I got a couple mission to do. Since fasting, Farah and I never set our food to Khulafa Bistro.TODAY we went there, unfortunately our favorite breakfast which is NASI LEMAK did no available. So I decided to try mee goreng mamak. Shit, have to go early next time.

Next mission ---> Go to workshop Purpose ---> To fix Sora of course. My Sora got 3 defects on it. And really it stresses me out. First, we went to Accessory Car. Motive is to fix the handle because the hook was badly broken.Sad is it? But luckily he can fix it. Next, we went to Seri Muda to do some wiring and alignments. No picture available at Seri Muda 'coz its too damn hot for be and i can't even snap the picture. And today its cost me a LOT! But never mind. I want to spare my life. Let Sora have a good life too. We depend on each other you know!
Assignments SUCKS man! I had to do all over again because the file went missing. Geez, if you know what I'm feel inside. This week is really hectic than ever. But next week even tougher. There's so many TESTS line up. Gonna blow my head. This evening, went to pick up Ayu at her office and we accompanied Farah to SACC Mall to buy card at Memory Lane.

For my night activity, i have abandoned my work *kejap je* and watch Eagle Eye dengan insan tersayang. ekekekek.. 2 hours in Jusco JJ, and overall I'm like the idea of this storyline. Creative.You guys should watch it too.You'll be excited as I am.

Happy Birthday Dad

Today is dad's big day, yeah its his birthday. Sorry ayah couldn't make it up to you.Tak sempat nak bawa ayah smbut2 birthday, but we manage to celebrate it at home after we break our fast. Nor words can describe our feeling. Don't you think its great to have your birthday as the same date as puasa? feel like your been blessed~ Amin.

Raya - Day 1

Happy Eid people~
Ahhhh..Feel relieved after 1 month fasting. One thing for sure, sy berpuasa penuh tahun ni. nape ye? hormon sy tidak menentu..pffft..enuff of dat. Its hari raya babe! Just enjoy the moment.
On the morning of hari raya, mom, Ila and I went to mosque to perform Raya pray. Its a great feeling that just available once in a year. Posing is a MUST!Then, my favorite moment. Eating ketupat with rendang. Yummylicious. All our family member gathering for this grand ketupat breakfast. Sesi bersalam dengan ibu bapa pun bermula. yeah i admit, for the things i've done that you cannot take it, for the things that make your heart torn, from the bottom of my heart, with 1001 apologies, I ask for your forgiveness. I hope i can be a better daughter for you in time.
Me and my siblings promised not to start a fight at least for today. It is time for forgiving right?
Unfortunately, we couldn't make it our way to kampung because my dad had to work on pagi raya. But we decided to go back on the noon, because we want too. Since my kampung in Jitra and it takes about 2 hours to reach there, so its not a big problem for us. Seeing our cousins and relatives after such a long time really excites us.

Lastly, Hope everyone will love their first Hari Raya as much as I do. Have a GREAT raya~
